Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

    • The Money House, Inc., currently has no affiliates which could share your information.
Non-affiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

    • On your behalf and as a part of our routine loan file processing activities, The Money House, Inc., engages third party vendors for purposes of providing information and documentation based upon your request for a loan accommodation. The information we provide to these vendors is not shared for purposes of marketing to you, but rather to support or provide support for the final loan decision made by The Money House, Inc.

Non-affiliates we share with can include providers of financial services, loan servicing and insurance services such as mortgage bankers, loan servicers, insurance companies and agents and non-financial companies such as retailers, direct marketing companies and contractors.

Joint marketing A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

The Money House, Inc., provides residential mortgage lending services on a multi-state basis.
